Faith Pincus – Founder & “She who elucidates the way”
Faith Pincus is a dynamic, accomplished and experienced speaker who will boost your self-confidence and give you the tools you need to succeed at public speaking. Faith is an expert at public speaking who has trained elected and appointed officials, candidates, CEO’s, attorneys and management at non-profit associations for almost two decades. As a licensed attorney, she is also uniquely positioned to understand the speaking skills required of attorneys.
Faith has an innate ability to see what works in the public speaking context. She has an unbridled passion for public speaking and for making people better communicators. Faith is an expert in the art of persuasion and an accomplished speechwriter.
Prior to opening Pincus Communications, Faith ran more than 25 political campaigns, including campaigns for congress, the California state assembly and senate, and various mayoral, city council and county supervisor races throughout California. Faith has created public affairs campaigns for non-profit associations, city governments, the building and transportation industries and cable TV.
Faith has taught various public speaking courses at the university level for several years, including rhetoric (persuasion), public speaking, and interpersonal and small group communication. She has published a variety of articles on communication and persuasion, including an analysis of major war announcement speeches.
Faith has a Masters in Communication from the California State University, at Fresno, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa. She is a former Judicial Clerk for the honorable Oliver W. Wanger of the United States District Court, Eastern District of California and a Member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Pincus litigated for one of the top AmLaw 20 law firms before returning to her passion and specialty – public speaking.
Sandy Linville – Communication Training Specialist OR “She who bestows sage-like wisdom”

andy Linville conducts large public speaking and communication skills seminars as well as in-house small group training sessions. She also provides one-on-one coaching.
As a former corporate training specialist for AT&T, Sandy is a certified trainer in Customer Excellence and Leadership training, which includes conflict resolution and Time Management. Sandy also focuses on train-the-trainer programs, conducting such courses as an Instructional Skills Workshop and the Corporate T3 program.
Sandy has also been a professor of communication for the past 10 years. She has taught a wide range of courses including public speaking, interpersonal communication, group communication, persuasion and is an expert in the study of argumentation.
Sandy received her B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of California, Davis, where she was awarded an Outstanding Performance Citation. She has a Masters in Communication from California State University, Fresno. Sandy has taught at Butte College, College of the Sequoias, Fresno City College and California State University, Fresno.
Josh Levy – Intern or “He who is Half Intern & Half Soccer Crazed"
Josh Levy is our go-to guy on the legal education side of our company. He works with our customer databases, handles market and advertising research, and makes sure that everything on the website works on a regular basis. When not at school, Josh helps keep our offices organized and comes up with new and inventive ways to keep us all busy. When at school, Josh stays busy playing soccer morning, noon and night. Josh is receiving his B.S in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego. He plans to go to business graduate school to pursue a Masters in Business.
