Course Summary

A Petition for Writ of Administrative Mandate is a request that the Superior Court review and reverse the final decision or order of an administrative agency. These petitions are brought under California Code of Civil Procedure §1094.5 and involve multiple steps and tests that can trip you and your client up along the way.  Entire treatises are written on this subject alone.  In fact, the author (Robert Sullivan) and now co-author (Michael Asimow) of one of the most popular Writ of Administrative Mandate guides are our speakers at this seminar and they promise to help you navigate the choppy waters of this action.
