Want to take your public speaking to the next level? Put the public speaking skills you learn at our Public Speaking for Attorneys seminar into practice! Get one-on-one public speaking coaching in a small group environment.

Enroll now, seating is very limited for the coaching program!!

Participants must come prepared to practice with a 5 minute presentation on any topic. Participants may call the speakers to discuss this presentation ahead of time (877.858.3848).

Coaching includes practice presentations, video taping and video playback critiques. Participants get intensive one-on-one coaching in a small group environment and may practice any legal related presentation, including opening and closing statements, corporate business pitches or client project/case presentations , CLE programs, etc.

Every attorney who has ever participated in one of our coaching programs has found the program extremely helpful.

This program boosts your confidence, gives you tips and techniques and tests your public speaking skills in a manner that helps you improve on the spot.

Faith Pincus is a dynamic, accomplished and experienced speaker who will boost your self-confidence and give you the tools you need to succeed at public speaking.  Faith is an expert at public speaking who has trained elected and appointed officials, candidates, CEO's, attorneys and management at non-profit associations for more than two decades. As a licensed attorney, she is also uniquely positioned to understand the speaking skills required of attorneys.

Faith has an innate ability to see what works in the public speaking context.  She has an unbridled passion for public speaking and for making people better communicators.  Faith is an expert in the art of persuasion and an accomplished speechwriter.

Prior to opening Pincus Communications, Faith ran more than 25 political campaigns, including campaigns for congress, the California state assembly and senate, and various mayoral, city council and county supervisor races throughout California.  Faith has created public affairs campaigns for non-profit associations, city governments, the building and transportation industries and cable TV.

Faith has taught various public speaking courses at the university level for several years, including rhetoric (persuasion), public speaking, and interpersonal and small group communication.  She has published a variety of articles on communication and persuasion, including an analysis of major war announcement speeches.

Faith has a Masters in Communication from the California State University at Fresno, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa. She is a former Judicial Clerk for the honorable Oliver W. Wanger of the United States District Court, Eastern District of California and a Member of the Order of the Coif.  Ms. Pincus litigated for one of the top AmLaw 20 law firms before returning to her passion and specialty - teaching public speaking.

Seminar, Webinar, Webcast Registration and Attendance Terms & Policies

Reminder: The room temperature at hotels and other seminar locations are notoriously hard to control. Please bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets cold and/or layer as if you are going to the movies so you are comfortable.

Recording policy: No audio or video recording of any program is permitted.

Seminar Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event and a credit voucher will be issued. If you prefer, a refund, less a $50 non-refundable deposit, will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of an event.

Substitutions may be made at any time.

Webinars, Tele-seminars and Webcast Cancellations: Once log-in codes and passwords are issued for a webinar, tele-seminars or webcasts, a refund is not possible. If for any reason you cannot attend the event after you have received the codes, we will automatically convert your registration to an instant streaming/instant download or CD format and provide you with the information you need to access the recording after the program concludes and the recording is available.

Return/Refund Policy for Tapes/CDs/DVDs:

Tapes, CDs and DVDs are returnable for a full refund or replacement if defective, within 90 days of purchase.
